Tartar Sauce
A tangy sauce that is excellent on fish.

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped gerkins
1 tablespoon capers with 1 teaspoon juice
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 teaspoon Lawry's Garlic Powder with Parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon dried chervil
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well. Best when made a day in advance and refrigerated overnight.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups

HINT: Parsley may be substituted for tarragon if desired.

Chill time: 24 hours
